SHARON A. HOWE, age 69

of New Bremen, died on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 4:25 A.M. at the Joint Twp. Dist. Mem. Hospital in St. Marys, OH. She was born on June 20, 1957 in New Haven, CT. She was the daughter of the late Robert Blossom and Eleanor (Hay) Blossom, who resides in New Bremen. On May 11, 1985, she married Keith L. Howe who survives in New Bremen. Also surviving Sharon are her sons; Kyle (Elizabeth) Howe of New Bremen, and Wyatt (Michelle) Howe of New Hampshire. Other survivors include her 4 step grandchildren and her sister Tonda Blossom of Maine. Preceding her in death was her father, her sister Linda and her brother Larry.

Sharon had a lifelong love of reading and could often be found immersed in a good book, exploring a wide variety of subjects that sparked her curiosity and imagination. She was a familiar and welcomed presence at the local library. Some of her most cherished moments, however, were the simple ones spent with her husband and her sons and their family, and with her mother—sharing conversation, laughter, and the comfort of a muffin and coffee together at a favorite local coffee shop. These quiet moments reflected Sharon’s appreciation for the people she loved and the everyday joys that made life meaningful. Sharon was a 1975 graduate of Valley Regional High School in Deep River, CT. and had attended classes at UNOH in Lima. She had been a Title Examiner for several different banks before retirement.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorial Contributions in Sharon’s name can be made to the New Bremen Emergency Squad at P.O. Box 13, New Bremen, OH 45869 or to the Cancer Association of Auglaize County, 506 Jackson St., St. Marys, OH 45885.
